Skin issues in foot 👣 plam

I need suggestion for my foot skin problems suffering from last 3-4years Consulated with many doctors till now Private Clinin Government hospital Private hospitals Ayurvedic Jarra all, but after 1 months problem start again, they give a lot antibiotics and anti Allergic tablet which I am tired now. Can anyone suggest for best solution?? Adding image here as wasn't able to find attached option in previous threads

Looks like plantar psoriasis which is usually a chronic, recurrent problem. But can be well controlled with appropriate medicines. You need proper consultation for the same.
Health Tips
keep skin moisturised. avoid harsh soaps and overwashing which can cause more dryness. dont walk barefoot. most imp avoid stress.
