Skin disease
Since a year i have facing a problem in my whole testicles area but not in penis . A new skin layer is formed everytime, i have to clean it by rubbing with my fingers and some water , it has a fishy smell and looks like body scum . It regenerates whenever i clean that area , i personally searched my problem in internet but in last my symptoms are different i dont feel itchy or any pain,redness issue, its just a skin layer which irritates me . The areas which are touched by testicles are also affected by this.

Hello dear,no need to worry, Take Tab Arogya Vardhini 2 bid, Giloy Ghan Vati 2 tabs bid for 1 month,wash with Neem treated water/Boric acid solution/KMnO4 solution in water, apply Tuvrak oil once a day Avoid Sour Curd Kadi spicy food eggs nonveg smoking tobaco alcohol cold drinks etc
