Testicle skin
The skin on the lower part of my testicles and in the area near where the testicles are touch the thighs becomes flaky and white. I can remove the flakes but they come back often and removing them too much makes the area red and burning.

Can be fungal infection or rarely genital psoriasis. Needs proper history and clinical examination to opine further. Better to consult a dermatologist
