I started getting these red rash on my leg which starts as a dot and then spreads & on my hands they are skin color small bumps in coin shaped. They are spreading a lot. I had this issue 9 yrs back, a doc said sun allergy and gave tablet and cream. I took daily bath in hot water. It's spreading and little itchy. What should I do
