Daughter has skin allergy towards her neck. Already got suggestion to use attached prescription. Would like to know the cause of it. Attached pics for ref.

Its difficult to know the cause. It may be due to soap, oil, powder or some food or necklace. As this is minor issue, no need to look for a cause. It doesn't lead to any complications usually. There are no easy tests to look for a cause
