This seen very commonly post shaving . It's looking like keratosis piloris as seen in the picture. But we need to do a proper analysis and accordingly start with the treatment.  We need to do some exfoliation so that the ingrowth will reduce.  You can visit us at the clinic or do an online consultation with us for the same .
