Sitcom Forte Tablet typically contains active ingredients such as Euphorbia prostrata extract and calcium dobesilate (often used for hemorrhoids and anal fissures).  Limited Safety Data: There is insufficient clinical data regarding the safety and excretion of these ingredients into breast milk during lactation. Because of this lack of safety evidence, Sitcom Forte is generally not recommended while breastfeeding unless specifically evaluated and prescribed by a doctor who has weighed the risks and benefits.

During breastfeeding would not recommend taking it routinely without your doctor’s advice because there is limited safety information for lactation, and some drug references specifically advise caution/avoidance while breastfeeding. If it has been prescribed for postpartum piles, there are usually other measures/medicines with better-established breastfeeding safety.kindly consult your doctor.
