Visit a dentist for complete oral checkup..yellow teeth due to stains or calculus, sensitivity due to wearing out of enamel(outer layer of tooth crown)or pocket formation(bone exposed below gums).get teeth cleaned by a professional..they will advice for sensitivity too.
