Dear Sir/ Madam, B.P Patients can take Coconut Water or not .Some of said have to take but some said don't take Coconut Water . Kindly provide clarification on this issue . Thanking You Sir

It depends what class  and dose of medicines you are taking as Some BP medicine cause increase in potassium levels. You can take coconut water but not daily.
