Sinusitis with only post nasal drip

I was diagnosed with sinusitis after ct scan around 5 months ago. 95% of the symptoms were gone within a month after taking antibiotics,nasal spray etc. Currently only symptom i have is post nasal drip that occurs at night, morning I have mucus coming down the throat. I do not have cough or anything. Is the sinusitis not cured? is post nasal drip lifelong without surgery? And do i need surgery even if post nasal drip is not affecting my quality of life..?

If you still have postnasal drip, your sinusitis hasn’t resolved.I suggest you continue the nasal spray and antihistamine tablet for atleast a few months. Send all the prescriptions and investigation reports.
