The report suggests a limited disease. However if you can share the pics of the CT films against a white background, a more accurate advise can be given.
Start him on Flomist or Furamist Nasal Spray 2 puffs twice a day for 15 days. Then once a day for next 15 days.
Spray needs to be taken with head leaning forward and nozzle of the spray at the level of the nostril.
During seasons like rainy season and winter if his allergies flair up he should start taking the same nasal spray for a minimum of 15 days.
Also ask him to do breathing exercises daily.
Next Steps
If no relief then consult for further advise.
