I am having sharp tooth pain in my left premolar since last 2 days. I have consulted a doctor who says I must go for a root canal. Is there any other treatment option? How much is the cost of a single sitting pain free tooth canal treatment?

You should go for a root canal other option is extraction which is not recommended at your age. You should not go for single sitting if there is pain on biting with the tooth better go for two sitting. Cost of the treatment vl be 3000 to 4000 which depands on tooth infection.
