Hi My 15 year old boy weight 50kg. Accidentally took sinarest tablet twice within the gap of 20mins....pls help....is this something serious...or will there be any side effects

For a 50 kg boy ,taking 2 tablets of sinarest will not cause any serious issues.He may feel flushing , palpitations and dryness of the mouth which will last for a few hours.Give him adequate water.
