Sinarest Paediatric Drops

My daughter is 3 months old, she has cold, doctor has advised to take Sinarest Paediatric Drops twice daily as dosage as 2.5 ml, I wanted to know if the dosage is heavy, or it's normal to take 2.5 ml twice daily.

It may be 0.25 ml not 2.5ml check it in the prescription.
