Please Advise me i am in stress. I have hemorrhoids so i take Himalaya Pilex Tablet knowing that it is beneficial in this condition. 2 tablet 2 times in day, After 14days My Hemorrhoids condition became worse than before and also my nerves in arms and legs also seen swollen, and i starting to hear noise in my ear and My TSH increased 9.2 from Normal. Now i stop Pilex Tablet but nerves and hemorrhoids are swelling day by day. also noise in ear is also increasing. How to stop Pilex effect in body? What will i do now? Please Advise Urgently. Waiting for Reply Thanks

take plenty of water and fiber rich diet. take stool softeners , sitz bath and tab dobesak thrice daily
