I hav problem in my left shoulder. I feel uncomfortable when I move my shoulder up and down or in any direction chatkne ar futne ki awaj aati Hai ? Plz suggest me what should I do?

You need to get examined by an orthopaedic doctor. You may also need to to get an MRI of your shoulder based on your examination findings to rule out any bursitis or ligament or rotator cuff issues. Till then you can use otc pain medication and hot packs
