There might be repetitive injury of your shoulder due to overuse.
You will have to give time for that injury to heal and rest it out..
Even if u have rested and Injury is healed you will have to undergo proper rehabilitation of shoulder and correction of biomechanics before you start gymming.
Or else Same episodes will occur again on and off as you start gymming.
