I am currently facing a Shoulder pain since few days. This is when i try to lift my arm above shoulder level.

This could be because shoulder capsule is tight or muscle gets fatique due to unknowen resion.need to be proper evaluation. Cosult physio to find the cause and treatment.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Hello....i can understand your problem. Shoulder pain in due to ligament tear or fracture of bone. .x ray is required to diagnose the problem... Give rest to shoulder don't lift heavy weight objects.... Consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital ..take painkillers if pain is unbearable.
