As per your complaints, it seems you might have hurt some soft tissues inside your shoulder. Bench press with heavy weights can cause a superior labral injury or a partial cuff tear. You need to avoid any shoulder related gym activity as well as lifting any weights.
Give your shoulder time to heal. Take paracetamol if needed.
