Dear sir I have shoulder muscles tear because of playing cricket from last 25 years as fast bowler.already done x ray of shoulder allignment is perfect.i m feeling numness in shoulder and rest of hand docor said might be muscles tissue tear in shoulder plz suggest medicine for tissue repair
