Shoulder injury

Two month ago I had an injury while doing seated dumbbell Press with 20 kg each side. When I extended my hand in upward direction carrying those dumbbell somehow I lock the shoulder or got out of balance and my left hand holding the dumbbell suddenly came down slightly in backward direction. I did Xray and MRI,there is no muscle torn or broken shoulder bone. But I struggle/feel slight pain while doing pull ups, incline dumbbell Press, rear deltoid exercise. Is there any thing I can do to get back my normal Range of motion?

It seems muscle imbalance or impingement syndrome. Consult Physiotherapist.
