Shoulder Dislocation

I got my left shoulder dislocated 3 times (last 1 month ago). Please guide me further treatment . Physiotherapy required or not? What to do to prevent further dislocation? Please find the attached MRI report (3Tesla)

Dear patient As arthroscopy & orthopaedician i can advise u that ...its recurrent shoulder dislocation as u are young and active there is high chances to dislocate ur shoulder... i saw ur report- I cant comments on it... Recurrent Shouler disloaction associated witH labrum tear ( bankart and hil Sachs lesion) that can i can tell after seeing MRI film not just on report .. U need advise from surgeon like .. u consult in ur area or u can consult me practo personal chat / personally u need to get managed dont ingnor it thank u...

For recurrent dislocations, you may opt for stabilisation procedures which are done minimally invasive or arthroscopically. Perform all activities including swimming so that you know wether your shoulder isn't actually stable or not. If You have issues or joint dislocates easily then think of stabilisation.

Physio is required, if it dislocates more than 3 times it might require surgical repair. Don't do overhead activity, don't lift hand above head.Avoid sports physical activity with that arm.
