SHOULDER DISLOCATION

I am having shoulder joint dislocation. What is suggested for me till it is strapped by supports. Also after removal of supports what should I do? This is 3rd time in past 6 years . please guide.

3 time shoulder dislocation means you have unstable shoulder. Get your MRI done find out how much is your labrum or soft tissue torn which doesn't allow the shoulder to come out and how much is your bone depth lesion. Mostly you will benefit with key hole surgery arthroscopic bankarts repair with or without remplissage

Surgery will help you, if you do not want further joint dislocation. Type of surgery - putti plat, bankarts repair, modified boytchev or latarjet depends on type of lesion which can be soft tissue or bone related.
