Reccurent dislocation of the shoulder is a common problem. In my practice, in patients whom it has dislocated more than 4 times we advice to undergo an Arthroscopic correction.
This can be corrected with a key hole (arthroscopic procedure). It's a one day hospitalisation and sling for two weeks after procedure and back to full range of movements in three to four weeks.
Next Steps
Consult an Arthroscopy surgeon. I will be glad to give you an opinion and discuss further options in detail.
