Shoulder dislocation

15 years back had a sports injury and since then have had shoulder dislocation recurring everytime. Getting worse. Need help.

You need stabilising procedure.soft tissue or bony stabilisation.pl undergo 3d ct scan glenoid for assessment after consulting any shoulder surgeon in kolkata.you will become alright...regards dr pankaj agrawal .shoulder knee & joints reconstruction surgeon ahmedabad.

RECURRENT SHOULDER DISLOCATION REQUIRES SURGERY . NEED TO SEE UR MRI TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF DISLOCATION. AND THEN PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

You might have shoulder instability and may have bankarts injury or hill Sachs injury

Do physiotherapy treatment for pain and strength exercises in  daily routine. Start in gradually  process. Avoid strain and jerk full activity.

If it's recurrent and you are into sport's go for surgery and if not into sport's or too much physical work. Go for some physiotherapy sessions to strengthen your shoulder muscle and observe the difference in shoulder stability. Other wise last option is anyways sugery.
