My shoulder pops cracks and makes noises when I lift them up laterally and also when I perform shoulder excercises eg lateral raises and dumbbell press they and snap and I feel like due to this cracking and popping and instability of shoulder I can't use my shoulder to full potential... Also they have started to pain a little bit I would say 4 on pain scale
I have shoulder problem, pain is continuous, but bareable, some time not bareable.
