Your symptoms suggest a chance of cervical spondylitis most likely due to a sedentary lifestyle, excessive weight and improper posture. There isn't a clear study that proves that marijuana can cause heart attacks as of yet, but it's an ongoing study. So it is likely the spondylitis is causing the pain all the time but it is getting more prominent when you get high on marijuana as you pay more attention to the pain which in turn triggers your anxiety attack and causes the heart rate to increase. I would advise you to meet an orthoedician/neurosurgeon so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as X-Ray, CT/MRI(if indicated) to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. The following steps may help:
- Avoid fattening,
sugar treats, oily, deep fried and junk food.
- Have a well balanced diet with lots of green leafy vegetables, lean meat and fruits.
- Exercise regularly(30-45mins per day)
- Try to maintain the correct posture while standing, sitting, walking, lying down
- Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI
- Drink 3 liters of water per day
- Destress yourself with practices such as meditation/yoga/tai chi
