Supraspinatus is the muscle which origins from this area and generally because of muscle spasms this area pains If your age is not above 40 then spasm is the reason else degeneration of spine can be another reason Try combination therapy or dry needling Both are helpful in releasing the spasm Or you can consult online for certain treatment
