Shoulder blade pain

My shoulder blade pain not going since 3 4 months...its on and off...initially at start i took pain killer it stops for time being..i showed to ortho and GP ...ortho saying its postural...may be due to work posture or sleep habit and my mobile phone handling position...how do i rule out this...any other possiblities or any other suggestions...if some one press my shoulder blade where i feel pain...i feel relaxed..pain is on left shoulder blade only.
