All my blood reports,vitamin,mri cervical neck Spine screening,spine xray are normal.Still I have shoulder pain which extends to my right arm from 6 months.What is the cause for it

Shoulder and neck movements need to be checked properly. Trapezius myofascitis should be checked for.
