WHO Guidelines still recommend 5 doses for category II and category III exposure. On day 0 , 3 , 7, 14, and 28 . The other schedule is four doses, Two doses on day 0 , and one dose each on day 7 and day 21. In your sister's case there is no need for immediately getting a fifth dose. She can get a booster dose on day 90.
