My body temp is always low, I feel cold a lot ( have been for many years) and am 34 years old. Should I take iron supplement? Or get tested for iron deficiency?

Nothing to worry about I want your detailed history..  I don't want to treat you blindly without knowing the cause of the problem. I will try my best to treat you. Some questions I might ask that will give me little idea about your history Then I will write prescription  safe and well appreciated by my patients having similar complains    please givme a feedback ASAP.

I would advise you to get your blood tested before you take the supplements. Do a CBC and thyroid profile. Based on the results start the treatment.
