Should i have to Re-start vaccination

Doctor my 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital and i took 3 Vaccines till now only Last 4th Day 28 Vaccine due on 22nd February but today A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take extra dose of Arv or i have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 ?
