I recently joined a gym and after 2 weeks the trainer asked me whether i eat or not.
So i said i eat eggs and bananas regularly so he said that your diet isnt enough and i can give you a good diet for 500 RUPEES.
After i asked some of my friends they told me to consult a nutritionist since they said that they know exactly what you need and in how much quantity you need.
So should i go with my trainer or a nutritionist??
