For one month  I have been suffering from breathing difficulty in the time of evening while sitting for long time . I have hay fever also. I suffer nasal blockage everyday. After putting nasal spray nose becomes open. While nostril remains open i feel breathlessness in the evening. What might be the cause?

It appears to be Allergic aetiology. Pl take antihistamines and bronchodilators. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
