Height is usually genetic. Is there anybody in your relatives somewhere around your height?
Men grow till the age of 21. So you still have 3 years to grow taller than what you already are.
consume more of
calcium rich food like milk, curd, buttermilk, home made paneer, cheese ( in moderation) . Cereals like ragi(nachni), rajgeera. Have more of dark green leafy vegetables, pulses like channa, rajmah, kulthi dal.Consume oil seeds like til, halim( garden cress seeds), nuts like almonds, ground nuts, sunflower seeds
If you are a non vegetarian then consume fish with bones.
I hope you are not sedentary. if possible do cycling & hanging bar workout under expert guidance.
