Shivery hands

2020-05-06 20:45:04
I'm 20 , my fingers shiver without me doing anything... I started noticing it 2 years back... when I hold phone , it slightly started shaking ... Also if I do some work , my fingers keep shaking so much if I focus on the shaking... This also happens during when I'm nervous or anxious.. but it's not always.. if I keep both my hands straight , the last and mid fingers shiver most of the time... I'm 173 cm height and 78 KG.. no allergies or anything. This problem is happening only from last 2 years ..
