She refuses to walk

My daughter is 1yr old,and had a fall 1 week back...we took her to orthopaedic surgeon for a check up.who confirmed that there was no major injury just a muscle cramp or pull...but since that incident my daughter refuses to touch the floor with her right leg(injured leg).she crawls, plays and no pain on massage.but she won't even stand on both feet. Previously to the fall ,she could stand without support. How do I make her walk/atleast stand on both legs again?

Did the surgeon get an Xray of leg? Have you tried ice pack, anti inflammatory medication for 3 to 5 days?
