She is having fever 99.5 since today morning. Also has runny nose, sneezing etc. She has a bit congestion in throat.

With fever and congestion I would recommend u to get tested for COVID .

For now symptomatic treatment with syrup paracetamol , mantra syrup, Nasoclear nasal drops can be used

Drinking plenty of water, tepid sponging, balanced diet is advisable.
