What is the difference between SHATAVARI CHURNA  and shatavari KALP ?? Which is better for weight gain ???

shatavari kalp is shatavari processed with sugar and is in granules form. churn is powder form of shatavari. both are helful for weight gain. But shatavari kalp is  more palatable.
