Sharp pain on my shoulder
I am currently having a sharp pain on my shoulder on occasion. It doesn't seem to due to rotation or anything, just seems to be stinging pain that happens for 2 seconds and then goes away.

Consuming too much caffeine ( tea/ coffee) and vitamin deficiencies are known to cause such symptoms.
Next Steps
Cut down on your tea/ coffee. Get enough sleep at night. Keep stress levels to minimum.
Vitamin supplements can only be prescribed after blood tests for deficiencies.

Ur pain may may b due to muscular spasm .
Maintain proper posture, regular exercise.
Avoid laptops use desktop instead.
Monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and keyboard should be at least at the level of hands.
