Sharp pain occurs in both armpits

Hi I experience sharp pain under both armpits which radiates to the side of ribs and back. This pain comes and goes. What can be the causes and solutions to this?

Most probably its gastric pain. And if pain is increasing with movement then it could be costochondritis also but both side is very uncommon. Some more history is required. Take consult for better advice
