Sharp pain | neg preg test| no periods

I am on cycle day 42 and in entire day for sometime I get sharp pain in left side of uterus may be which goes till my leg and then it stops. I have right mildly sore nipple. I got pale yellow discharge yesterday but everyday since 10 days I get clear white transparent type discharge. I have negative home and blood beta test. I am taking no medications . Is there anything to worry about or is it just my pcod pain?

You don't need to worry But you need to understand that a cycle length more than 37 days is abnormal If  the pregnancy test is negative you need a medicine to help you get your periods and an ultrasound to find out the reason for the pain

Left side of uterus or upper/lower abdomen?? Nipple discharge is not normal, it needs to he evaluated by physical examination by a doctor. More detailed menstrual history is required.diet and also any constipation? Please connect for more assistance
