I am getting sharp pain in left upper back while taking deep breaths since few days. Please advise..

It seems to be muscular pain only. Apply Oxalgin nano gel twice a day for few days.
Next Steps
Need to evaluate  to rule out any other cause for it. consult me for further evaluation and treatment.
