Sharp pain at random places on full body

Since last two-three days I am getting sharp pain at random places over full body . I dont have any other symptoms apart from that like fever or high BP or nor diabetes.just sharp pain over body (its like someone is torturing with sharp knife over body) Please suggest what are this symptoms and how i can get relief from this

Can be due to flu. You can take tab paracetamol 650 mg  Drink plenty of water with ORS
