It is advisable to remove the milk tooth as the permanent tooth will then correct its position. Delay will cause it to be remain in an incorrect position

The milk teeth will fall out. Just check them, if they are shaking, wait for sometime, say a couple of months. If they are not shaking at all, visit a dentist. You may need to get the milk teeth extracted.
