Does masturbation cause shaky hands? I had shaky hands before. I started masturbation when I was in 7th standard age 12years upto 11 or 12th class i used to do it almost everyday. Later I stopped bcz my weight was healthy but i got hand shaking like prblm.. My psychiatrist has suggested me inderal 10 n my hand shaking stopped he told me to take in mrng and aftrnun. Plus I do pranayama, yoga n  meditation..eageely waiting fr ur response.. Thanxxx
