Sgpt and sgot

My sgpt is 54 and sgot is 30. Is sgpt is very high? Is it curable? Is it indicating any liver failure?

It's considered mild elevation. It can raise in other conditions nonspecific to liver also. You need to post the full liver function test report and Ultrasound scan of Abdomen for full assessment.
