SGOT and SGPT , Vit D3

Please find attached reports of SGOT and SGPT / Vit - D3 . My Vit - D3 are insufficient as per the report is 9.2 . How it can be enhanced by natural or specific fruits / vegetables where Vit D are available. or any serious concern for SGOT or SGPT . Please  advise .

For vit D deficiency you need to take vit D supplements as prescribed. Foods hardly help except for fish intake but practically you get it naturally only with sun exposure For SGOT/ PT though they are not very high but needs more history to clarify

You may take vit D3 supplement and expose to sunlight 15- 20 min every day
