I'm under weight, with body weakness & suffering with ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, PE. So,would like to build muscle, and stay long lasting on bed. I heard of using  SAW PALMETTO, HORNY GOAT WEED, MACA POWDER, TONGKAT ALI helps for building muscle and increase sexual stamina. So, is it safe to use these medicines at a time. Plz suggest me the safe medicines

may due to hormone disbanace, dnt take any medicies blindly,may cause more harm than benefit,any medicies of any pathy alloptahy homeoptahy or Ayurvedic can cause sideeffects,even food n water in excess can cause discomfort
